Job summary

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company is seeking an experienced professional to lead preparation of shutdown plans, long-term work programs, and major maintenance schemes. You will manage the Seven-Year Integrated Activity Plan and coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure on-time execution, budget adherence, and compliance with company standards.

The role requires 5–6 years in multi-discipline planning within oil/gas or petrochemical sectors and strong English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline from a recognised university.
• 5-6 years’ experience in multi-discipline planning of Engineering and Maintenance activities in an oil and gas or petrochemical industry.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with stakeholders for preparation of shutdown plans and work programs.
• Produces and updates the Seven-Year Integrated Activity Plan including engineering & maintenance schemes and shutdowns.
• Develops/maintains maintenance plans and budget phasing.
• Monitors deviations from work programs and reports potential impacts to team leaders.
