Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking a Maintenance Planning professional to lead multi-discipline planning for engineering and maintenance activities within the oil, gas, or petrochemical sectors. The role involves coordinating shutdowns, developing seven-year plans, and liaising with field and engineering teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The candidate will oversee budget preparation and phasing, monitor deviations, and drive continuous improvement in line with ADNOC standards. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline from a recognised university.
• 5-6 years’ experience in multi-discipline planning of engineering and maintenance activities in oil & gas or petrochemical industries.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet objectives.
• Develop and update seven-year activity plans including maintenance schemes and shutdowns.
• Prepare budgets and monitor phasing for major maintenance and shutdowns.
• Implement section/department policies, processes and procedures to support work programs.
• Support performance management and contribute to ISO-aligned improvements.
