Job summary

Emirates Investment Authority seeks an M&A Manager to assist the M&A Director within the strategic assets team. You will lead deal executions across sectors, build financial models, and develop synergy frameworks while coordinating with risk, legal, and finance teams to drive investment approvals.

The role requires strong presentation skills, senior deal experience in the Middle East or internationally, and a track record of liaising with boards and government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or Economics preferred.
• MBA from a top school highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A deal executions across sectors in line with EIA strategy.
• Build and review financial models and valuation analyses for targets.
• Coordinate with industry teams to develop strategic investment theses and go/no-go decisions.
• Prepare internal investment memos and present opportunities to Investment Committee.
