ACCA Careers is seeking a Manager – Deal Advisory / Transaction Services (Financial Due Diligence) in Energy and Natural Resources, based in Abu Dhabi. You will lead buy-side and sell-side DD engagements, overseeing planning, data requests, analysis, and client presentations for complex energy sector transactions.

You will manage multiple engagements, coordinate with cross-functional teams, deliver clear, actionable insights to private equity and corporate investors, and mentor junior staff

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial due diligence engagements including planning, scoping, data request management, analysis, reporting, and client presentations.
• Manage multiple concurrent engagements ensuring delivery within timelines and budgets, with high quality standards.
• Translate complex financial analyses into clear, concise insights for private equity, corporate, infrastructure and sovereign investors.
