HealthHub Clinics by Al-Futtaim Health is seeking an experienced Head of Healthcare Finance to drive financial performance, strategic planning and governance for a growing UAE network of clinics and services. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will collaborate with executives, physicians and operations to shape the financial roadmap and enable expansion.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA or CFA.
Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience.
Minimum 5 years in a senior finance leadership position.
Extensive Healthcare Finance experience across hospitals, groups or multi-site clinics.

Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning for HealthHub network.
Develop financial models and strategic business cases.
Support new clinic developments, healthcare expansion projects and future hospital initiatives.
Deliver meaningful financial insights to executive leadership and governance bodies.
Oversee monthly reporting, audit readiness and financial controls.
Lead and develop a high-performing finance team across sites.
Partner with clinical and operational leaders to drive profitability.
Monitor payer mix, revenue cycle and KPI performance.
