Qualifications
- Proven experience in a healthcare setting supporting operational or clinical finance.
- Analyst level: 2-4 years experience; Manager level: 5-8 years experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Monitor performance against plans and deliver variance analysis.
- Develop financial models for new clinics and services.
- Support senior management with financial reports and presentations.
- Analyze healthcare operational drivers and revenue cycle metrics.
