Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
Professional qualifications CA/ACCA/CPA/CMA/CFA highly desirable.
Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 in senior leadership within healthcare.

Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning for the healthcare network.
Translate financial data into actionable recommendations for executive leadership.
Monitor revenue, costs, profitability, cash needs, and risks across clinics.
Identify opportunities to improve margins and reduce avoidable costs.
Prepare business cases and feasibility studies for new clinics or services.
Oversee financial reporting, governance, and compliance across entities.
Coach and develop a high‑performing finance team.
Drive automation and standardized reporting to support decision making.
