Job summary

Khibraty is supporting a prestigious UAE government digital entity by appointing a Senior Manager to shape the future of digital government. The role requires strategic leadership, deep consulting experience, and a proven ability to deliver large-scale transformations while engaging with senior government stakeholders.

You will lead strategy development, PMO-driven program execution, and close collaboration with C-level officials, guiding digital and technology initiatives across public sector

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in top-tier consulting (e.g., MBB, Big4)
• Proven track record in leading strategy development, governance, and operating model design
• Experience managing large complex transformation programs with PMO oversight and value realization
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with ability to influence senior executives
• Hands-on digital/technology project experience, preferably in government/public sector
• Emirati nationals are strongly encouraged to apply to align with national priorities

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, refresh, and implementation of the entity's overarching strategy, including budget planning and operating model design
• Take ownership of major digital transformation programs from planning to benefits tracking, providing PMO leadership across multiple workstreams
• Engage directly with C-level and senior government leaders, presenting recommendations and driving alignment on strategic initiatives
• Shape and steer critical digital programs such as government services modernization and enterprise-wide digitalization
