Job summary

Dubai Airports is seeking a Senior Manager – Logistics Baggage & Cargo to lead capacity analysis and planning for baggage, cargo facilities, and related infrastructure across DXB and DWC, translating forecast scenarios into practical master planning and development programs.

You will work with planning, delivery, operations and regulatory teams to ensure capacity aligns with ICAO, IATA and GCAA guidelines, and you will present data-driven insights to senior stakeholders for informed investment

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Statistics, Operational Research or related field.
7–10 years in capacity planning, operational analysis or infrastructure planning.
Experience in aviation, airport, hospitality or related industries with understanding of airport operations.
Strong knowledge of ICAO, IATA, GCAA regulations and industry best practices.
Leadership experience and ability to mentor teams.

Responsibilities

You’ll lead end-to-end capacity analysis and planning for baggage and cargo facilities across DXB and DWC.
You’ll translate forecast traffic scenarios into facility and infrastructure requirements for master planning.
You’ll identify capacity constraints and drive action plans with stakeholders.
You’ll contribute to IATA seasonal capacity declarations, ensuring service standards.
You’ll analyze impact of infrastructure or regulatory changes on capacity and provide recommendations.
