Job summary

Coty Inc. is seeking a High-impact Key Account Manager to drive sustainable growth with Gratis and Watsons in Turkey. You will lead end-to-end commercial management, trade marketing activation, and omnichannel execution across brick & mortar and e-commerce.

The role requires strong negotiation, analytical skills, and a proven track record in FMCG sales, with experience in beauty channels and direct retailer partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years experience in Key Account Management or FMCG sales.
• Experience with modern trade or beauty retailers in Turkey.
• Experience across Brick & Mortar and E-Commerce.
• Strong data analysis to translate insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end relationship with Gratis and Watsons Turkey.
• Develop and execute annual Joint Business Plans and negotiations.
• Manage trade spend and promotional investments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for launches and reviews.
• Monitor revenue, profitability and market share targets.
