Qualifications

• Proven experience as construction project manager.
• Thorough understanding of construction processes and project management concepts.
• Knowledge of quality and health & safety standards.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.

• Superior communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• A team player with leadership abilities.
• BSc/BA in engineering, building science or relevant field.
• PMP or comparable accreditation will be a benefit.

Responsibilities

• Work together with designers, architects etc to figure out the specifications of the task.
• Discuss contracts with external vendors to reach lucrative arrangements.
• Get authorizations and also licenses from ideal authorities.
• Establish needed resources (manpower, equipment as well as products) throughout with interest to financial constraints.
• Strategy all building procedures and routine intermediate stages to ensure due dates will be satisfied.
