The role requires strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and project management software. Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to manage budgets and report

Formación

• Proven experience as construction project manager.
• Thorough understanding of construction processes and project management concepts.
• Knowledge of quality and health & safety standards.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Knowledge of construction/project management software.
• Superior communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• A team player with leadership abilities.
• BSc/BA in engineering, building science or relevant field.
• PMP or comparable accreditation will be a benefit.

Responsabilidades

• Work together with designers, architects etc to figure out the specifications of the task.
• Discuss contracts with external vendors to reach lucrative arrangements.
• Get authorizations and also licenses from ideal authorities.
• Establish needed resources (manpower, equipment as well as products) throughout with interest to financial constraints.
