Job summary

Caliberly is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale software development and IT service programmes in Dubai. You will oversee multiple projects, align initiatives with business objectives, and drive delivery within budget and schedule.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, managing risks, and ensuring governance, quality, and benefits realization across the programme lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Masters or PMP/PgMP preferred).
• 8+ years managing complex IT services or software development programmes (UAE/GCC preferred).
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-workstream programmes on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Define programme vision, scope, objectives and roadmap aligned with strategy.
• Lead planning, governance, milestones, budget, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate multi-workstream projects, manage dependencies and resolve conflicts.
