Job summary

Caliberly is seeking a Planning Engineer in Dubai to lead project scheduling across all phases, coordinating with project managers, engineers and stakeholders to keep construction programs on track.

Ideal candidates bring extensive planning and scheduling experience, proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, strong analytical skills, and the ability to identify risks and apply effective mitigation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in planning and scheduling for construction projects.
• Proficient in using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented with risk mitigation focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules across all phases.
• Track performance and provide delay warnings with mitigation.
• Produce progress reports, S-curves, CP analysis, and EVM data.
• Forecast labor, material, and equipment needs with teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align timelines.
• Monitor progress and update schedules for changes.
• Prepare reports on status, forecasts, and metrics.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings for updates.
• Ensure compliance with standards throughout lifecycle.
• Collaborate with procurement to align with material availability.
• Assist in budgets and resource allocation plans.
