Qualifications

3 to 6 years of post-qualification experience in investor relations or capital markets.
Experience within a publicly traded company is mandatory.
Background in real estate, asset management, or listed entities in the UAE is preferred.
Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and capital market principles.
Knowledge of DFM and SCA regulations is highly desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Prepare quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, and annual reports.
Coordinate investor meetings, earnings calls, and conferences.
Maintain communication channels with institutional investors and analysts.
Monitor investor sentiment and provide structured reports.
