Job summary

Pact Employment is seeking an Inventory Management Executive in Dubai (Jebel Ali) for a full-time role. You will manage end-to-end inventory, oversee ERP-based transactions, and coordinate with procurement and production for material planning.

The ideal candidate has strong ERP knowledge (SAP or Microsoft Dynamics AX) and a solid understanding of purchasing and material management within a SCM framework. UAE market exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP and Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Good understanding of Supply Chain Management, including Purchasing, Inventory Management, Material Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end inventory and store / Inventory operations.
• Handle material receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy across all locations.
• Conduct periodic/Interim inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock audits.
• Analyse inventory variances and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain inventory records and transactions through ERP systems.
• Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, project teams & Production for material planning.
• Ensure proper material handling, storage, and inventory control procedures.
• Generate inventory, stock movement, and reconciliation reports.
