Job summary

METAMORF Info Tech FZ LLC is seeking an Inventory Management Executive Officer in Dubai to manage end-to-end inventory, stock control, and ERP-based processes. The role emphasizes material receipt, issue, cycle counts, and variance analysis to ensure stock accuracy across locations.

Qualifications

• Weak knowledge of ERP systems preferably SAP and Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Good understanding of Supply Chain Management including: Purchasing, Inventory Management, Material Management.
• Hands-on experience in: Inventory Control, Stock Management, Stores Operations, Material Handling, Inventory Counts, Variance Analysis, Material Receipt, Issue Processes.
• Proficient in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint; Power BI and VBA reporting tools.
• Strong analytical reporting and problem-solving skills; coordination and communication abilities.
• Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Engineering, OR B.Com, OR Bachelor s degree in engineering.
• Master's Degree (Optional)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end inventory and store inventory operations.
• Handle material receipt inspection storage and issuance activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy across all locations.
• Conduct periodic interim inventory counts, cycle counts and stock audits.
• Analyse inventory variances and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain inventory records and transactions through ERP systems.
• Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, project teams & Production for material planning.
• Ensure proper material handling, storage and inventory control procedures.
• Generate inventory stock movement and reconciliation reports.
• Support supply chain activities related to purchasing inventory and material management.
• Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.
