Job summary

Nathan HR is seeking an Inventory Operations Manager (Arabic) to lead inventory activities in the UAE. You will manage warehouses and manufacturing sites, ensuring accurate stock receipt, storage, and movements, while driving cycle counts and annual physical inventories.

Responsibilities include governance, KPI reporting, audits, and process improvements to optimize accuracy, minimize shrinkage, and enhance visibility across ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field (Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration).
• 10–15 years of inventory management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience across multiple production sites preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day inventory operations across all warehouses and manufacturing locations, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, transfer and issuance of materials.
• Lead annual physical inventory plans and periodic cycle counts with reconciliations against ERP records.
• Establish policies, procedures and SOPs; prepare regular inventory reports and dashboards for management.
