Job summary

Midis Group in Dubai seeks a Lead Specialist - Internal Audit to lead and execute internal audit engagements, evaluating risk management, controls, and financial reliability across the organization. You will prepare audit plans, perform fieldwork, draft observation reports with root causes and practical recommendations, and ensure compliance with directives and IA standards.

Travel flexibility is required. Applicants should hold a professional certification such as CIA, CPA, ACCA, CFE or DipIFR

Qualifications

• CIA, CPA, ACCA, CFE or DipIFR certification is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Audit, Accounting or related major.
• 5–7 years of Internal Audit, Risk Management or Internal Controls experience; corporate background preferred.
• Experience preparing and presenting audit reports in English.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute internal audit engagements to assess risk management and controls.
• Evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of internal control processes and financial reliability.
• Draft audit reports with observations, risks, root causes and recommendations.
• Support methodology improvements and optimize audit workflows.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and provide objective advice.
