Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking an Internal Audit Manager in Dubai to develop and execute a risk-based audit plan across the business units, manufacturing facilities, projects and support functions. The role requires strong leadership, commercial judgment and the ability to work with senior management and department heads.

You will lead financial, operational, compliance and process audits, review internal controls and governance processes, and coordinate with external auditors as needed to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Professional certification such as CIA, CA, ACCA, CPA or CISA is strongly preferred.
• Additional qualifications in risk management, fraud examination or corporate governance would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual risk-based internal audit plan aligned with business objectives and risks.
• Lead financial, operational, compliance and process audits across units including manufacturing facilities, projects and support functions.
• Define audit scope, objectives, methodologies, timelines and resources.
• Review effectiveness of internal controls and risk management practices; identify improvement opportunities.
