Job summary

Keolis MHI seeks an AFC Maintenance Support Engineer to assist the AFC Manager with budgeting, resource allocation, and coordination of maintenance activities for the Dubai Metro AFC system. The role requires ensuring governance, safety, and data security across all tasks.

You will oversee technical support, participate in design and testing, and promote a strong HSQE culture while coordinating with the line maintenance team on scheduling and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Relevant AFC/railway maintenance experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the AFC Manager in preparing maintenance budgeting and allocating resources.
• Oversee technical support activities including engineering and maintenance work management.
• Coordinate maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Perform duties as directed by the AFC Manager.
• Ensure compliance with Keolis MHI SMS, information security and governance standards.
• Report accidents, incidents, breaches, or potential breaches.
• Promote HSQE culture and energy/resource conservation.
• Ensure subcontractors follow safety policies.
• Maintain data security and protect confidentiality.
• Utilize PPE and safety equipment as required.
