Job summary

Johnson Controls in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Senior Sales Manager to drive growth in industrial refrigeration across food processing, cold storage, logistics, pharmaceuticals, and industrial manufacturing sectors.

You will lead strategic accounts, manage complex deals from opportunity to contract, collaborate with engineering and operations, mentor the sales team, and ensure profitable, customer‑centric solutions while building a robust regional pipeline.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience in industrial refrigeration or related field
• MEA region experience is a plus
• Proven track record of large-scale industrial projects and targets
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication in English; Arabic/French advantageous

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth, profitability, and market share targets.
• Lead key account management and build long-term partnerships with decision-makers.
• Develop competitive technical and commercial proposals with engineering teams.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback for planning and product development.
• Mentor and lead the sales team to high performance and collaboration.
