Qualifications

• Master’s degree in development studies, economics, education, social policy, public policy, labour economics or related field.
• Arabic is an asset.
• French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support technical assistance assignments related to human development, education and skills, employment and labour-market policies, social policy, institutional strengthening, and socio-economic development.
• Prepare sector assessments, policy analyses, strategies, background papers or recommendations.
• Assist in institutional capacity building and reform in public institutions.
