Job summary

NTU International A/S leads a consortium for the EU-funded project “Egypt Downtown Facility.” The overall objective is to enhance EU-Egypt cooperation through rapid, high-quality technical assistance in digital transformation.

We are seeking a Senior Non-Key Expert – Digital Transformation to support assignments related to digitalisation of public institutions, with a focus on digital workflows, e-government, and data-driven public administration.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ICT, computer science, information systems, or related field.
• Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Support technical assistance assignments related to the digitalisation of public institutions.
• Design and implement digital transformation strategies and digital workflows.
• Contribute to data-driven public administration and e-government initiatives.

NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU-funded project called: “Egypt Downtown Facility.”

overall objective of this assignment is to enhance the effectiveness, coherence and visibility of the Strategic and Comprehensive Partnership between the European Union and the Arab Republic of Egypt by providing rapid, flexible and high-quality technical assistance in support of jointly agreed bilateral cooperation priorities. This objective will contribute to strengthened policy dialogue, improved programme implementation and reinforced institutional capacities of Egyptian partner entities involved in EU-funded actions.

In this context, we are seeking a highly qualified Senior Non-Key Expert – Digital Transformation to support technical assistance assignments related to the digitalisation of public institutions, e-government, institutional modernisation, digital workflows, data-driven public administration, and the design and implementation of digital transformation strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Master’s degree in ICT, computer science, information systems, digital transformation, public administration, engineering, or a related field.
• Arabic is highly desirable.

Professional Experience

• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in digital transformation and digitalisation of public institutions.
• Experience with digital workflows, e-government systems, data-driven approaches and institutional digitalisation.
• Knowledge of public-sector digital transformation in Egypt/MENA desirable.
