Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, political science, international relations, public policy, development studies, or a related field.
• Arabic is highly desirable.
• French is an asset.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in desk research, literature reviews, policy analysis and preparation of background material.
• Experience collecting and structuring quantitative and qualitative information.
• Knowledge of the Egyptian institutional and policy context desirable.

• Support technical assistance assignments through research, data collection and analysis, preparation of background materials, and contributions to studies, assessments, reports and policy papers.
