Job summary

PwC Middle East is seeking a Manager in Internal Firm Services within the Human Capital team in Dubai. You will partner with business stakeholders to shape people strategies, design and implement policies, and drive organisational performance across the region.

You will lead HC consulting projects, mentor junior staff, manage project plans and budgets, and stay abreast of trends in people, payroll and benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree with a preference for a Masters.
• 8 years of experience, preferably with a consulting background.
• Experience in human capital and business partnering is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work with HC and business teams to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets and timelines.
• Conduct research and analysis to support HC consulting projects.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients.
• Build relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
• Mentor junior team members and stay updated on HC trends.
