Job summary

Caterpillar is seeking an HR Business Partner for the EAME Distribution region based in Abu Dhabi. You will partner with senior leaders to translate business goals into HR actions, drive organizational effectiveness, and foster an inclusive culture across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Eurasia.

You will influence decisions using data, lead people initiatives, and ensure alignment of HR policies with regional priorities.

Qualifications

Proven experience partnering with senior business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Strong business acumen with ability to translate commercial priorities into people solutions.
Experience leading organizational change, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
Excellent coaching, consulting, and stakeholder management skills; able to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior management as a strategic advisor to identify HR initiatives that align with goals.
Align HR policies and programs for the region to promote engagement, retention, and performance.
Act as a trusted coach providing guidance on performance management, compensation, and benefits.
Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations to senior management.
