ELE Interior is seeking an experienced HR & Office Manager in Dubai to oversee HR, recruitment and office administration across IT, Finance and Admin departments. You will work closely with the leadership team to align systems with the company’s strategic vision while delivering a client‑centric, high‑performance culture.

You will lead a 30+ staff team, manage recruitment, onboarding, visas, and compliance, and drive continuous improvement in HR processes, governance and vendor relationships to

• Proven leadership experience in HR and office management.
• Experience coordinating IT, Finance and Admin functions with external partners.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide, maintain and deliver HR, Recruitment and Office administration systems across all departments.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for HR & Office admin, reporting to leadership on performance and milestones.
• Ensure systems, workflows and structures support company objectives, profitability and scalability.
• Maintain a high standard of culture, accountability, communication, collaboration and efficiency.
• Lead and manage a 30+ person team, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, performance and retention.
• Oversee HR administration processes including onboarding, visas, leaves, and compliance with MOHRE policies.
• Coordinate with admin, PRO and accounting for visas, insurances, and vendor management.
• Review policies, contracts and compliance to ensure accurate governance across departments.
