University of Sharjah invites a seasoned Director of Human Resources to shape strategy and operations across manpower planning, performance management, and compensation, while championing Emiratization and robust governance.

You will lead policy development, organizational design, and cross-functional collaboration with IT, Finance, and Procurement to drive efficiency and data-driven decision making across the university.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR or business administration.
• Master's degree in HRM, MBA, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, 7–10 years in senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and Emiratization initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and operational direction for HR policies and procedures.
• Lead manpower planning, performance management, L&D, recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits.
• Drive Emiratization initiatives and succession planning.
• Oversee HR budget, ERP enhancements, analytics, and reporting to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance and Procurement to streamline HR processes.
