Job summary

Foreground LLC seeks a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to steer group-wide financial strategy, reporting, and risk management across subsidiaries in the UAE/GCC. You will oversee budgeting, treasury, tax, and audit while guiding strategic investments and governance.

You will drive financial controls, cash-flow discipline, and support M&A initiatives, working closely with operating company CEOs to ensure alignment and accountability across the group.

Qualifications

• Significant CFO or group finance leadership experience within diversified groups or holding structures.
• Strong exposure to multi-entity reporting, consolidation, and governance.
• Background in UAE or GCC is strongly preferred with knowledge of local regulations and banking environments.
• Professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA) are expected with board-level communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead group-wide financial strategy, reporting, and risk management across subsidiaries.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax, and audit functions; support board on strategic decisions.
• Enhance financial controls and cash flow discipline; support M&A or expansion initiatives.
• Collaborate with CEOs of operating companies to ensure financial alignment and performance accountability.
• Manage external relationships with banks, auditors, and advisors.
