Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, hotel management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in a sales management role in hospitality, MICE or government relations.
• Valid driving license.
• Proven proficiency in Sales & Catering software and Microsoft Office.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in corporate or hospitality environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English; other languages beneficial.
• Professional certification in sales or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Government and MICE sales activities to maximize hotel revenue.
• Develop and maintain key Government and corporate accounts.
• Coordinate with departments to deliver contracts, proposals and events.
• Attend functions, site inspections and client meetings to secure business.
• Maintain thorough account records and sales forecasts.
