Job summary

Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai seeks an experienced advisor to the CEO, providing high‑level strategic, financial, governance, and performance guidance. You will lead integrated financial–strategic consulting, strengthen KPI frameworks, and steer cross‑domain studies to support institutional direction.

You will shape long‑term strategy, deliver feasibility analyses, investment evaluations, risk modelling, and governance improvements to enhance financial sustainability and public value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Public Policy, Business Administration, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience with a Master's; 14+ years with a Bachelor's.
• Experience in feasibility studies, investment appraisal, and business case development for large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience advising government entities or large public organizations.
• Proven track record delivering strategic initiatives with ROI.

Responsibilities

• Provide authority and sector-level strategic financial, investment, and governance advisory to the CEO.
• Lead feasibility assessments, investment appraisals, and business case preparation to support executive decisions.
• Monitor sector strategies and alignment with government priorities and sustainability goals.
• Strengthen financial governance and policy oversight across the entity.
• Prepare strategic briefs and recommendations for executives, boards, and committees.
