Qualifications

• Familiarity with project governance and improvement methodologies

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project dashboards and status reports.
• Collect, validate, and analyze project information across sectors.
• Review project documents and audit findings; summarize observations.
• Monitor implementation progress and report deviations to management.
• Maintain project databases, records, and documentation.
• Coordinate updates with concerned sectors and institutions.
• Prepare monthly/ad-hoc reports on status, risks, milestones, performance.
• Support technical meetings, committee sessions, and leadership visits with agendas and minutes.
• Follow up on actions and recommendations with stakeholders.
• Participate in projects, taskforces, and working groups.
