Job summary

Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai seeks a senior advisor to shape strategy across pioneering, research, knowledge and innovation to advance goals.

You will oversee excellence programs, plan awards participation, develop partnerships and labs, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with authority policies. The role reports to Innovation & Pioneering and requires extensive EFQM/DGEP experience and a strong track record in organizational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science or Business Administration.
• 12+ years (Master's) or 14+ years (Bachelor's) of experience.
• Experience with DGEP or EFQM.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and strategic support to achieve RTA goals and future development.
• Plan excellence requirements and awards participation; advise on projects and initiatives.
• Co-develop the comprehensive management plan; supervise implementation and measurement.
• Support sustainable implementation of strategies in research, development and innovation.
• Track global trends and align units' plans to secure leadership positions.
• Lead planning and implementation of innovation projects, labs, and partnerships.
