Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field.
• Certified Professional Purchasing qualification or training.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement.
• Understanding the confidentiality matters pertaining to Procurement & Supplier Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement process, including requisitions, POs, contracts, ERP updates, and record-keeping per policy and ISO requirements.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers for best value in quality, cost, delivery, service, and terms.
• Prepare, review, and finalize procurement documents (POs, contracts, agreements, NDAs) ensuring policy and risk compliance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics, and inspection teams for timely procurement and project delivery.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships, monitor performance, resolve issues, and establish long-term partnerships.
• Track contract performance, payment schedules, delivery deadlines, and audit documentation for accurate reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement in supply chain and procurement processes while upholding OSH requirements.
