  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers to secure the best value in terms of quality, cost, delivery, service, and commercial terms while identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
  • Prepare, review, and finalize procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, agreements, NDAs, and supplier correspondence, ensuring compliance with company policies and acceptable commercial and legal risk.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, and inspection teams to ensure timely procurement, product qualification, pre‑dispatch inspections, shipping arrangements, and project delivery requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, monitor supplier performance, resolve delivery and quality issues, manage claims, and establish long‑term strategic partnerships.
  • Track contract performance, payment schedules, delivery deadlines, and audit documentation while ensuring accurate reporting and effective procurement administration.
  • Drive continuous improvement in supply chain and procurement processes, uphold procurement ethics and governance standards, and ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) requirements in all procurement and contractor management activities.
