Job summary

Ali & Sons Holding LLC is seeking a General Manager – Facilities Management to provide strategic leadership and overall management of the FM business in the UAE. You will drive P&L, lead hard and soft FM operations across multiple contracts, forge key client relationships, oversee tenders and commercial negotiations, and build a high-performance, compliant organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of facilities management experience with senior leadership responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale integrated Hard & Soft FM operations.
• Strong track record of P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting and profitability improvement.
• Experience managing multiple complex FM contracts and client portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction, P&L and overall business performance of the FM company.
• Oversee integrated Hard FM and Soft FM operations across contracts and locations.
• Drive operational excellence, service quality, productivity and profitability.
• Lead contract mobilizations, renewals, variations and negotiations.
• Build relationships with clients, developers, consultants and government entities.
• Drive business development, tenders and cross-selling opportunities.
• Ensure performance against SLAs, KPIs, HSE and regulatory requirements.
• Strengthen asset management, CAFM/CMMS usage and digital FM capabilities.
• Lead senior management teams, succession planning and high-performance culture.
• Drive continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives.
