Job summary

Etihad Cargo is seeking a Manager Network Planning to optimize the cargo network for profitability, reliability, and operational excellence. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver short-term capacity improvements and long-term strategic planning from Abu Dhabi.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in airline network planning/scheduling, with exposure to airline cargo. Strong strategic thinking, analytics, and negotiation skills are essential to drive continual capacity

Qualifications

Ideally you will have at least 5 years of airline experience in network planning/scheduling.
Exposure to airline cargo is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage the freighter schedule delivery/development to support short-term capacity optimization and on-time performance targets.
Lead long-term network schedule development (6–12 months) to maximize profitability and align with strategic goals.
Coordinate with stakeholders across Network planning, Revenue Management, Alliances & Partnerships, Operations, Finance and Communications.
Protect and enhance Etihad's slot portfolio and ensure timely publication of flights.
Design and implement a freighter network that balances cargo capacity and fleet utilization.
Analyze route profitability and support tactical and structural frequency/fleet decisions.
