Responsibilities

• Evaluate business performance beyond reported financial results, including commercial, operational, cash flow, capital-efficiency, and return-based drivers.
• Establish tracking mechanisms to monitor the realization of value-creation initiatives and accountability for delivery.
• Challenge operating management assumptions, plans, and performance with a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach.
• Lead the development of forward-looking financial analysis that connects operational assumptions to financial outcomes.
• Prepare insightful performance reviews explaining variances, trends, and structural changes.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support planning, forecasting, initiatives and investments.
• Lead valuations, scenario analysis, investment cases, and assessments of strategic alternatives.
• Assess implications of different operating and investment scenarios, including sensitivities, risks, returns, funding requirements, and potential downsides.
• Provide clear, decision-oriented analysis and recommendations to senior executives and leadership.

This role will evaluate the financial and operational performance of Agility’s businesses beyond reported results, identify the key levers that drive enterprise value. The successful candidate will combine strong FP&A, strategic finance, valuation, financial modelling, and business partnering capabilities with a practical understanding of commercial, operational, and capital-efficiency drivers.

The role will provide senior leaders with decision-oriented analysis, actionable recommendations, and forward-looking insight to support business planning, resource allocation, performance improvement, investment decisions, and long-term value creation across the organization

Your Responsibilities
