Job summary

Raffles & Fairmont in the United Arab Emirates seeks an FP&A Analyst to partner with the FP&A Manager, delivering clear data narratives and supporting daily finance tasks. You will analyze topline results, P&L, KPIs, and monthly close processes to inform revenue and cost decisions across the group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills; VBA knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with OneStream, Tableau, and financial reporting tools.
• Knowledge of BI and data visualization tools (OneStream Analytics, Tableau, or similar).
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and upload corporate Last Estimates forecasts into OneStream R&C for the R&F global scope.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual corporate budget and data loading into OS R&C.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting by collecting, consolidating, validating, and analyzing financial data.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual Performance Review reporting for senior leadership.
• Assist with monthly closing, reporting, and performance analysis activities, including KPI dashboards and P&L analyses.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and processes to improve efficiency and data reliability.
• Prepare management reports, including topline reporting, P&L analyses, and business performance presentations.
