Job summary

Raffles & Fairmont (R&F) in Dubai seeks an FP&A Analyst to support the FP&A Manager with day-to-day finance tasks, data interpretation, and KPI reporting. You will analyze topline results, P&L, and cost variances, contributing to monthly close and annual budgeting processes.

Produce management reports, support OneStream and Tableau-based dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver clear, data-driven insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience with OneStream, Tableau, and financial reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel skills; VBA knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of BI and data visualization tools (OneStream Analytics, Tableau, or similar) is an asset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support the FP&A Manager in day-to-day tasks and interact with key departments.
• Develop analysis and interpretation of financial data and provide clear data stories.
• Analyze topline results, P&L, KPI, and performance reports for monthly close.
• Assist with annual budget and rolling forecasts under supervision.
• Prepare management reports, including P&L analyses and KPI dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reporting requirements.
