Job summary

Raffles Hotels & Resorts is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support the FP&A Manager in day-to-day tasks, interact with key departments, and deliver precise financial analyses that drive revenue growth and cost efficiency. You will prepare and upload LE forecasts in OneStream, assist with annual budget and rolling forecasts, and produce monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports for senior leadership.

Strong Excel, OneStream and Tableau skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience with OneStream, Tableau, and financial reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel skills; VBA knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the FP&A Manager in day-to-day tasks and interact with key departments.
• Develop analysis and interpretation of financial data and communicate insights.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
• Assist with annual budget and rolling forecasts under supervision.
• Prepare and upload Last Estimates forecasts into OneStream for the R&F scope.
• Consolidate financial data from stakeholders and ensure data quality.
• Collaborate with Operations Finance, Development and other corporate functions.
