The role covers the complete procurement cycle, including strategy, forecasting, supplier selection, tenders, and contract negotiations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in fleet procurement or automotive purchasing.
• Strong knowledge of automotive procurement processes and vehicle specifications.
• Experience sourcing fleet vehicles, automotive products, or related equipment.
• Understanding of supplier evaluation, commercial negotiations, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with fleet plans.
• Forecast monthly and annual vehicle inflows based on demand.
• Conduct supplier due diligence for regulatory compliance and quality.
• Negotiate pricing, rebates, and contractual terms with suppliers.
• Coordinate with Finance, Logistics, and PRO teams for registration and onboarding.
• Monitor supplier delivery commitments and manage procurement records.
