Job summary

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of procurement experience.
• Experience in category management or supplier management.
• Strong commercial analysis and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement category strategies for Facilities Management services.
• Drive sourcing strategies for hard and soft facilities management, including MEP, cleaning, landscaping and security.
• Lead total cost of ownership analyses and value engineering for suppliers.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate commercial terms.
• Coordinate Source-to-Contract activities from supplier identification to contracting.
• Forecast procurement demand and align spend with business priorities.
• Monitor performance against targets and drive continuous improvement.
