Job summary

Al-Futtaim, a leading UAE conglomerate with diversified interests, is seeking an experienced Fleet Procurement Lead to manage end-to-end sourcing for fleet vehicles, industrial equipment, and related services.

You will lead competitive tenders, evaluate costs, negotiate contracts, and drive cost savings while ensuring compliance, governance, and alignment with fleet plans across rental, lease, and mobility operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fleet procurement or automotive purchasing.
• Experience with SAP, CarPro and fleet management systems.
• Proficient with MS Office and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement strategies aligned with fleet plans.
• Forecast vehicle inflow to meet operational requirements.
• Pursue cost savings as per plan and DOA adherence.
• Negotiate terms with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, and PRO teams for registration and delivery.
• Monitor fleet utilization and delivery timelines.
