Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Fire & Emergency Preparedness Advisor to lead corporate fire safety strategies across the ADNOC Group of Companies. You will ensure ALARP-compliant equipment, staffing, and training, and drive audits, risk assessments, and regulatory alignment.

You will mentor teams, develop codes of practice, and coordinate with FEED projects to maintain high safety standards and incident readiness throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Fire Technology with membership of a professional accredited organization and graduate member of the Institute of Fire Engineers.
• Minimum 8 years of firefighting experience, preferably in oil and gas at senior fire officer level.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the development of ADNOC Codes of Practice on fire and emergency preparedness.
• Oversees implementation of Codes of Practice across Group of Companies and conducts audits.
• Conducts audits/inspections on firefighting systems and reports findings with recommendations.
• Provides leadership on firefighting capability assessments and gap analyses.
• Implements corporate training matrix and ensures staff competency and UAE Nationals development.
• Lead and support FEED projects to ensure compliance with ADNOC standards.
