Job summary

Cartlow in Dubai is seeking an experienced Finance Supervisor to oversee the financial management and reporting for the MENA Group, translating numbers into clear business insights for decision‑making. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting, while supporting the CEO with modelling and scenario planning and ensuring robust financial controls across the group.

The role requires 6–10 years in finance, a relevant bachelor’s degree, strong Excel and modelling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of relevant finance experience including supervision or senior accounting roles.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, budgets, and financial performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and annual financial planning.
• Prepare budget vs. actual analysis and identify variances.
• Develop financial dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Provide financial analysis to support business and investment decisions.
• Support CEO with financial modelling, scenarios, and business planning.
• Consolidate and analyze financial information across group companies.
