InZone Corporate Service Provider in Dubai is seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting. You will oversee monthly closes, ensure regulatory compliance in the UAE, and drive improvements in cash flow and working capital.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree with at least 5 years of experience, including managerial responsibilities, and demonstrates strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills to support strategic decisions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA/CMA/MBA preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards
• Proficiency in MS Office and financial software (Zoho and QuickBooks)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Accounting principles, UAE financial regulations, and compliance
• Cash flow, working capital, and investment evaluation
• Financial controls, process improvement, and team supervision

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly reports
• Develop and manage the company s budgeting process and forecasts
• Monitor financial performance analyze variances and recommend improvements
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and internal policies
• Lead audits and liaise with external auditors tax advisors and other stakeholders
• Manage cash flow working capital and oversee banking relationships
• Evaluate investment opportunities financial risks and cost-control strategies
• Implement financial controls and streamline accounting processes
