Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong financial knowledge, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems, VAT regulations and financial compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and supervise the finance and accounts team ensuring effective coordination and performance.
• Prepare, analyze and present accurate financial reports, budgets, forecasts and financial statements.
• Oversee financial planning, cash flow management and cost control.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial records and compliance with applicable financial regulations.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support management decision‑making.
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments, banks, external auditors and other stakeholders.
• Take full ownership of financial operations and ensure the timely completion of all responsibilities.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliations.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable VAT regulations, tax requirements and financial reporting standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial performance, control costs and enhance operational efficiency.
• Support senior management in strategic financial planning and business growth.
• Communicate financial information clearly and effectively to management and relevant stakeholders.
• Lead and motivate the finance team, delegate responsibilities and ensure accountability and professional development.
• Prepare and present clear, accurate and timely financial reports, management reports and performance analysis.
• Demonstrate strong decision-making, problem-solving and interpersonal skills while managing multiple priorities.
