Job summary

SEGULA Technologies is seeking a Finance Manager / Financial Controller for its Abu Dhabi operations. The role oversees financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, cash-flow management, compliance and procurement-related finance activities to support operational and strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will have IFRS and UAE VAT expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with auditors and senior management. Immediate start and UAE-based candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in Finance Manager/Financial Controller roles
• Experience in industrial/environmental services or project-based settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE VAT, budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial-performance reports for management
• Coordinate annual budgeting and quarterly forecasts
• Issue accurate internal and external financial reports and statements
• Manage cash-flow forecasts and banking relations
• Oversee payroll, receivables and payables with strong controls
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities
