Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM from reputed B-school required or highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual budgets in alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and performance monitoring.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast financial needs and optimize resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial standards, tax regulations and reporting requirements.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements to financial processes.
